What drives students psychologically, and how can we use
that to build stronger, lasting learning behaviors?
Standardized teaching in classrooms often falls short of
nurturing young talent. Imagine instead, a self-learning
technology system that adapts to each child's unique needs.

ConveGenius stands as a beacon of educational innovation,
spearheading a transformative journey in the sector since 2013.
The company pioneers platforms and products meticulously crafted
to transcend learning barriers, ensuring every child, regardless of their background, has access to high-quality education.

Sparklin joined their mission to empower the underserved, bridging
the gap between potential and opportunity. We embarked on a journey
to create the most impactful and wholesome initiative that could foster growth and development in the brightest minds of the future.

The Challenge

Our primary objective was to understand the emotional responses, psychological triggers, and expectations of students across various
age groups.

Using these insights, we wanted to refine ConveGenius’ offerings and create unique interactive methodologies to engage students and form consistent learning habits.

Our Solution

We set out on a journey to truly understand the students we wanted
to serve. Through heartfelt user interviews and detailed observational studies, we peeled back the layers of their educational experience,
revealing the motivations and perceptions that often go unnoticed. Students had expectations that weren’t being met, and hidden within
those gaps were opportunities for unprecedented growth.

We aligned our approach with these very expectations. But we knew
a one-size-fits-all solution wouldn’t work. So, we reimagined the online educational experience for different age groups—crafting different learning environments for the curious minds of 5-7 year-olds, the ever-growing capability of 8—13-year-olds, and beyond.

But that wasn’t enough. We wanted students to feel the thrill of progress, the joy of achievement. We drove gamification into the platform—making learning not just something the students had to do, but something they could love to do.
